Why in Bihar candidates gave Army exams in underwear

So Army candidates in Bihar were made to answer in brief, literally. In a bizarre turn of events, about 1,500 male applicants taking the written test for the Indian Armed Forces were made to strip to their underwears, in order to, hold your breath prevent them fro cheating!

Supposedly, according to sources accessed by India Today, defence personnel have enough "reasons" behind this apparently absurd move.

Not only was it expected to curb any impulses to indulge in unethical practices during the written test, it was also to ensure that no mobile phones are used to look up answers! Moreover, the those in charge also said that it was impossible to frisk over a thousand applicant for a one-hour-long exam. Hence, the brilliant idea to do away with all those excess layers of clothing.

Hope MHRD is not listening!
