Shivraj Singh Chouhan: Who is bigger than the CM?

It’s a Big Bang Theory in a process of evolution, and right now it’s mostly just all gas. In Madhya Pradesh, where India’s most-malnourished children may eat synthetically-flavoured and sugar-saturated reconstituted-from-fluoride-heavy-ground-water milk but not eggs, is anyone’s hunger bigger than the CM’s? In Jhabua, of lowest literacy and highest crime rate, where the average farmer must walk around post 5pm with a sawed-off double-barrelled rifle, is anyone’s safety bigger than the CMs? In hospitals where the paid-for-degree doctor evaluates causes of deaths, and certifies everything from a bike accident to being found on railway tracks as suicide, 26 times over, is even the Grim Reaper bigger than he who would wield him? Where Algeria day celebrations drown out audio tapes with the dance of Digvijaya Singh superseding the sound of those who go home in boxes, is the PM’s silence the bigger kahuna... or the CM’s? Where eclipsable truth must be re-scripted to suit electable fact, of course, is there a bigger journalist than Kailash Vijayvargiya on the MP payroll? And where governor Ram Naresh Yadav holds immunity for evidence against him until June 2016 even as victims of Vyapam are busy answering the Final Summons, is even the law of the land bigger? What’s that they say about the bigger they get, the harder they fall? Let’s just hope big guys don’t cry.
