Mobile Salman Khan: What’s so funny about a case involving Salman Khan, a fan and a mobile phone?

Salman Khan is a man of action. According to a recent report, a complaint has been filed against the actor at the DN Nagar police station in Mumbai, accusing him reportedly of snatching the mobile phone of a fan, who was apparently filming the star while he was cycling. The fan (we are not sure whether he’s a fan though if he lodges a police complaint against the star) claimed that he took permission before taking the photos.

So, as the mobile-less man proceeded to the police station, Salman’s bodyguard too was ready with a counter-complaint. (We can’t believe that Bollywood celebrities can actually engage in this kind of micro-engagement with their fans).

Bollywood, since ages, has been intriguing people. A casual visit on Quora will tell you how people are keen on knowing some of the darkest secrets of their favourite stars. We are sure the alleged high-handedness of Salman and his bodyguard will make to the list too.

But one might wonder what makes our stars, always smiling on the screen, quite angry and unfriendly in real life. A few months ago (before their wedding), a photo of an angry Deepika snapping at a fan for taking photos unsolicited went viral.

So, this is nothing new and exclusive to our bhaijaan.

Our celebrities don’t want prying eyes following them always.

But what’s strange in this case is Salman Khan. Nobody has ever been able to ‘implicate’ him in any of the cases — be it hit-and-run or blackbuck poaching — linked to him. So, what was this man thinking when he lodged a complaint against Salman? That his phone will return to him in no time? Police can't even return mobile phones stolen by train thieves! And his complaint involves Salman Khan!

But what irked Salman Khan anyway, given that he must be pretty used to getting mobbed and clicked?

Our little birdie has confirmed that Salman doesn't like to be clicked when he is driving — be it a car or a cycle.

Go figure!
