Aryan Khan to be in jail till October 13. At least.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan has faced another setback in his drug case. What was to be his third bail plea hearing today has now been moved to 2.45 pm, Wednesday, October 13. The plea will be heard by a special NDPS court. Khan will remain in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail till then. At least till then, that is.
CRUISE TO COURT: Aryan has been in judicial custody since October 7. On October 8, his bail plea was rejected by a magistrate court in Mumbai. Khan's legal team, at the moment, includes senior counsel Amit Desai who is now appearing as lead counsel. He will be working with Advocate Satish Maneshinde to secure Aryan’s bail.
After being served notice for his bail plea, NCB counsel said that they need at least a week to file replies as multiple bail pleas are pending in the case. Amit Desai responded with, “The man is already inside the prison for a week... Bail hearing does not have to depend on investigation. I am not arguing bail, I am only arguing for a date." The court ultimately decided that Aryan’s plea will be heard on Wednesday, October 13. NCB’s special public prosecutor Advait Sethna stated, “As Desai has made a case for his client, we will file a reply only for him... The quantities are different for others...We will not be able to file a reply to all others."

THE O: Although no drugs have been found on Aryan Khan in his medical tests as well as in possession, he remains at Arthur Road Jail for at least another two days. His third bail plea, which was likely to be heard today, has now been moved to Wednesday after the NCB counsel sought time to file a reply in court.
