Bigg Boss 11: 3 reasons why fights between Vikas Gupta and Priyank Sharma are staged

In a startling revelation on Bigg Boss 11 Extra Dose (December 12), actor Priyank Sharma was seen telling Arshi that his relationship with producer Vikas Gupta goes back a long time.

This has triggered speculation on whether all their fights inside the house have been fake.

In Bigg Boss 11 episode 72, we saw Vikas heckling Priyank as part of the BB Lab game, in which he was supposed to make Priyank angry. Vikas had accused Priyank of discussing his sexuality with Hina, and Priyank is expected to hit back in Wednesday's episode.

But the new revelations show there is more here than meets the eye.

Here are the reasons that suggest Priyank has always been a part of team Vikas, not team Hina.

Priyank wants Vikas to "win" Bigg Boss 

In the Extra Dose episode, Priyank pours his heart out about Vikas in front of Arshi. “I wish Vikas progresses a lot in life. Actually, I want him to win this show. Nobody will have any problem if he wins, as he has the brains for it. If he wins, I will think I have won the show,” he is heard saying.

Vikas was Priyank’s professional mentor

Recollecting his initial days in Bollywood, Priyank says Vikas helped him grow as an actor. “When I came to Mumbai and started acting, I had director Vikas Gupta with me. He didn’t spoon-feed me. He is not that kind of a person. But he showed me the way. It was a director-actor relationship,” Priyank tells Arshi. “My mom had said that if Vikas and I entered the Bigg Boss house together, we would surely fight, only because we have so much love between us,” Priyank adds.

Priyank risked eviction for Vikas

In the first few episodes of Bigg Boss, Priyank had been thrown out of the house because he hit Akash Dadlani, who had picked a fight with Vikas Gupta. Physically assaulting anyone is not allowed in the Bigg Boss house. But Priyank had risked his stay for Vikas.

Priyank was later brought back as a wild card entry and he stayed on. Then, he gradually became a part of team Hina. But after the new episode, it seems that he might have been planted in Hina's camp by Vikas.

The revelations come at a time when Priyank is likely to be evicted. But they clarify the Priyank-Vikas love-hate relationship, which had for long baffled both the housemates and the viewers.

They also explain why Priyank’s alleged ex-girlfriend Divya had asked him to listen only to Vikas, and also thanked Vikas before leaving the house.
