Bigg Boss 11: Why Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde controversy will not die down soon
Shilpa said she can't be friends with Vikas Gupta.
After 105 days, the contestants of Bigg Boss 11 are finally out of the house that is under surveillance 24x7, with 90 cameras, and millions of viewers across India constantly keeping watch.
But being away from the camera does not mean they will fade away from public memory anytime soon, especially Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde, given their professional bitterness that was there even before Bigg Boss happened. Meanwhile, a day after the grand finale of the most controversial season of the reality show so far, social media accounts of the finalists gained in number of followers, as they started posting their post-Bigg Boss moments on social media.
Are Vikas and Shilpa now friends?
This question was asked to both contestants as soon as they came out of the grand finale on Sunday (January 14). And the answer was “no”, from both sides. Yes, they have agreed to set aside their past bitterness, which originated from Shilpa Shinde’s ouster from the show Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai!, allegedly orchestrated by Vikas Gupta who was heading the production team at that time (2016). On the sets of Bigg Boss 11, Vikas denied the allegations and gradually their relationship became normal. In one episode, Vikas was seen asking Shilpa whether she would work with him in future and there were even talks of a webseries in which Vikas was planning to cast Shilpa.
On being asked about their new-found friendship, Shilpa said that she was very selective about making friends. But she admitted that Vikas Gupta was a nice person and there must have been some professional pressure on him at that point of time when Vikas had replaced Angoori Bhabhi with another actor.
Vikas, too, said that the relationship now will be that of two colleagues, not a friendship.
Puneesh, Bandgi still in a relationship?
After coming out of the Bigg Boss house, Puneesh said he would like to continue with his friendship with Shilpa Shinde, Vikas Gupta and Akash Dadlani. On his relationship with another contestant, Bandgi Kalra, which started inside the house, he said that he would definitely continue with the relationship. Time will decide whether it sustains, he said.
Is Hina getting engaged to Rocky?
During the episodes when the relatives of the housemates visited the contestants inside the Bigg Boss house, Hina was surprised by his friend Rocky who was seen proposing to Hina. Now that their love life is under public eye, as soon as Hina came out of the house, she was asked whether she was getting married to Rocky anytime soon. She dismissed any such possibilities but said that she was happy that she would not have to keep the relationship under wraps anymore.
