Students checking Delhi University cut-off lists.

The chosen ones of the Indian (mostly north?) education system will walk the road connecting Vishwavidhyalaya metro station to Delhi University for the first time this month.

These are 18-year-olds who have scored 98 per cent, 99 per cent, perhaps even over a 100 per cent in the system which is easily the best to measure their aptitude and potential for higher learning. (It's really not).
