Across villages in the cow belt - Jodhpur to Mewat, Gurgaon to Morena - women are losing their braids, mysteriously. When police on began probing the mysterious hair chopping incidents in a Delhi village, some investigators believed that these women could have been cutting their own braids. Are the incidents real, or it just mass-hysteria?
