In an exclusive video, arrested JNU students’ union leader Kanhaiya Kumar has exposed the claims of Delhi Police and its outgoing chief BS Bassi, who maintained that Kumar was never attacked.
Kanhaiya can be seen saying on on camera, "I identified my attacker, but the cops let the culprit go."
