Creating healthy desserts is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while still maintaining a balanced diet. This will help you, especially during those midnight cravings.

Layer your Greek yogurt with fresh berries, honey, and a sprinkle of granola for a protein-packed treat. Greek yogurt is also an excellent source of protein (the unflavored one of course).

Slice bananas, dip them in dark chocolate, and then roll them in crushed nuts or shredded coconut before freezing, and ENJOY!
