YRF FINALLY HAS A HIT 

With a five-day India collection of Rs 282 crore and worldwide collection at Rs 534 crore, Pathaan is well on its way to become Yash Raj Films's biggest blockbuster.

YRF's FlOP CURSE IS BROKEN 

After 2019's War, Yash Raj Films had been suffering from box office flops including Bunty & Babli 2, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Samrat Prithviraaj, and Shamshera.

2022: a terrible year

Samrat Prithviraaj was made on a budget of Rs 150 crore and could rake in only Rs 90 crore. Shamshera, made on a similar budget, could earn only Rs 60 crore.

YRF anD SRK: A LONG RELATIONSHIP

Shah Rukh Khan's first film for YRF found him playing the villainous stalker in 1993's Darr, which was a blockbuster at Rs 10 crore.

THE DDLJ LEGACY 

in 1995, SRK's second collaboration with YRF was the all-time blockbuster Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge at Rs 53 crore.
