With pollution on the rise, people are falling sick very easily. If you're suffering from a sore throat from the the pollution, here are some drinks that may bring some relief.

Mix a tablespoon of honey in a cup of warm (not hot) water. Honey can help soothe the throat and has natural antibacterial properties.

Steep fresh ginger slices in hot water. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce throat irritation. You can add lemon too.
