Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inuagrate a 17-kilometer stretch of the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) on October 20,.

It is India's first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), which began its construction in 2019 and will be fully operational by 2025.

The RRTS trains have overhead storage, Wi-Fi, and charging points for passengers' devices.

Each train has a deluxe class carriage with  spacious seating, extra legroom, coat hangers, and vending machines for enhanced onboard services.
