What got Salman Khan so worked up in Bigg Boss 9?
It was an end for Prince's three-day romance today with Yuvika's eviction. The decision did not come as a shock to the viewers. We were actually hoping that the darling of the house leaves the show. Her only contribution in Bigg Boss during the three-week stay in the house were the early morning dance routines that would entertain the housemates. This week, was perhaps the only time viewers saw Yuvika fight for her rights in the house. Alas, it was too late.
Salman's weekly visits to the house have become more like a collective counselling session for the housemates. Salman turns into a strict disciplinarian or a headmaster scolding delinquent students. This time his ire was directed towards Rimi. Rimi's constant cribbing didn't just get to her housemates, Salman too expressed his annoyance openly. Called ungrateful before, Rimi didn't have much to say in her defence as Bhai complained of her too-cool-to-care attitude. He also told the audience that the Rimi inside the house didn't resemble the Rimi he knew before, one who would openly speak her mind.
Rimi wasn't the only one who faced Salman's anger. Next in line were Kishwar and Suyyash. Kish was rebuked for spitting in Rishabh's drink while her boyfriend was asked why he didn't take a stronger stand while his girlfriend was turned to Rishabh's pet. Rishabh too could not justify his acts of turning Kishwar into a dog for three hours despite knowing about her wrist injury.
The only one who escaped Salman's annoyance this week was Mandana. Viewers know that Salman has a soft spot for the Iranian stunner in his heart. One of the reasons, Salman claimed was that she plays her game to the hilt and isn't influenced by relationships in the house.
Talking about relationships, Prince was left embarrassed as Salman brought out a heart shaped paratha, mocking Prince's unique proposal to Yuvika. While Yuvika clarified that Prince as well as Rishabh (another admirer) were just friends, the two didn't seem too thrilled to be put into the friend zone. Yuvika's exit may have broken a few hearts, but we aren't complaining. With fewer contestants left in the show, we can expect more controversies. Rumour has it that Keith will be coming back to Bigg Boss. Rochelle won't be the only one thrilled at the news!
