5 reasons morning is the best time to exercise

Before I start I must clarify that there is no specific time to exercise, whenever you find time, that's the best time! So long you exercise. But what I have figured out with my experience in training more than one thousand people, that morning time is actually the most effective time to exercise. Here is why:

1. Great for fat loss: Believe it or not, working out in a fasting state in the morning can help you lower your body fat levels. If you speak to any fitness model or any competition athlete, you would probably hear the same thing from them as well. I have trained all kinds of people with different body types and genetics, but almost 90 per cent have responded to the training stimuli in the morning.

2. Consistency: After working out in the morning, you have a whole day to yourself. In my experience, 40 per cent of the time, my evening work out has got cancelled either due to unforeseen circumstances or an uncalled meeting from either my wife or client. Hence your consistency with evening workouts compare to morning differs, which is a game changer in helping you achieve your fitness goals.

3. Productivity: I have always witnessed a high productivity curve with my morning fitness routine. Not only I get the whole day to myself but also I am a lot more fresh and rejuvenated. The same has also been experienced by most of my clients.

4. More focused: Morning workouts are far more effective compared to evenings because I am not distracted by any phone calls, meetings or any deadlines. My clients have also felt the same, that is why high intensity training can only be performed best in the morning time, which is very effective for health gains.

5. Less likely to gain weight: People who work out in the morning are less likely to gain weight due to the metabolic elevation they get training in the morning. Which means you are more likely to burn calories all through the day.
