Amid heavy rainfall and flooding in Chennai, CM J Jayalalithaa's starring as the queen mother Sivigami on the highly-acclaimed film, Baahubali's poster, has raised some serious questions.
A day before PM Narendra Modi set off for Chennai, Jayalalithaa wrote to him seeking the aid of Rs 8,480.92 crore from the National Disaster Response Fund.
On December 1, when the water level was out of control, the locals had hoped to hear from the chief minister, but that didn't happen.
And now, with this poster out, the locals, who are still struggling to keep their heads above the water, one wonders if this is a cruel joke.
