Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit back at the Congress party a day after Rahul Gandhi had attacked the PM over the government's functioning.
While addressing Parliament to give vote of thanks to the president's speech on the opening day of budget session, Modi quoted Congress stalwarts Indira and Rajiv Gandhi to urge the Opposition to let Parliament function smoothly.
