11 reasons why fans are loving Spotify and Stranger Things collaboration

With the release of Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 on July 1 and Netflix’s subsequent crash, music streaming company Spotify and Stranger Things have collaborated together to release custom playlist called the “Upside Down playlist”.

As per Spotify, “The Upside Down Playlist takes some of your favorite songs and mixes them with a handful of Stranger Things classics to create a vibe strong enough to ward off Hawkins’ most fearsome foe.”

The playlist is a reference to Sadie Sink’s Max being saved from the Vecna when she heard her favourite song in Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1.

The Upside Down playlist includes recent and past favourite songs of the Spotify user as well as tracks from Season 4.
