Naomi Campbell secretly welcomes second baby at 53

Supermodel Naomi Campbell is all set and excited to embrace motherhood for the second time as she secretly welcomed Baby No 2, a son, at the age of 53.

Naomi Campbell revealed in an Instagram post on Thursday, June 29, that she welcomed her second child, a baby boy; and that she is feeling truly blessed.

The picture has Naomi Campbell holding her son, and captioned the photo, "My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence. A True Gift from God, blessed! Welcome BabyBoy. It's never too late to become a mother."

The name of the baby boy has not been disclosed yet. It is also not disclosed who is the father of her two kids.

After posting the photo with her son, she was congratulated by models such as Claudia Schiffer, her friends, actors and designers such as Donatella Versace. Campbell is considered as a trailblazer for black models.

Campbell, who is also an actress, has a daughter, 2, who was born in May 2021 when the English model was 50 years old. She's very private about her daughter (hasn't revealed her daughter's name either) and has kept her away from the spotlight. A source told Page Six that the model has wanted to be a mother for a "long time". 

At the time when her daughter was born, she wrote, “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother. So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel.” 

In a conversation with British Vogue in March 2022, she opened up about her motherhood journey and confirmed about her daughter saying, "She wasn't adopted - she's my child."
