In 2009, at 19 years of age, Manish Pandey became the first Indian to slam a ton in the Indian Premier League (IPL). What followed was not just adoration but criticism at how Pandey handled his new found star status. He made his ODI debut six years later in July, 2015; three games later he has scored an unbeaten ton against Australia shepherding his captain through a tricky chase.

There's more to Manish Pandey than these two tons though: He has 16 First Class centuries, 22 50s, a 50-plus first class average; three hundreds in List A, a 90-plus strike rate. And yeah, his state senior, a certain Rahul Dravid thinks rather highly of him.
