  • They're wrinkled, they're worn out, they're weary.
  • They are in their sunset years.
  • They exist in a city that only has time for the young,
  • And yet they are hale, hearty, healthy.
  • They have a spring in their step.
  • They are not a generation weaned on half measures. But on hard work.
  • They have no expiry date. They want to work.
  • They slog in flour mills, in factories, sell fabrics, sell flowers,
