Will this viral video teach Air India to treat its passengers better?

National carrier Air India found itself at the receiving end on social networking sites after a two-minute video went viral.

The video shows Air India staff refusing entry to passengers with valid tickets because they had reached 55 minutes before the flight departure instead of 60 minutes as per the staff members seen in the video that has gone viral.

The two-minute long video, shot by a passenger, shows the passengers and the AI staff engaged in an argument with the passengers who "turned up after the reporting time".
