According to SP Karthick, the accused, identified as Robin, was a well-known dog trainer in the area, charging ₹1,000 per day for his services.
He also operated a dog daycare facility. He had received brief training in dog handling from a retired BSF personnel but was dismissed for inquiring about methods to make dogs attack individuals dressed in khaki, according to the police.

"Our ongoing investigation aims to apprehend the suspect," stated SP Karthick.
Presently, the police have a challenging task ahead as they have established a special investigation team to uncover the full scope of this operation.
As Police Captain Karthick aptly summarised, "First, we must capture the suspect and then determine whether others were also involved in this illicit activity."
