Woman stabs boyfriend in the eye with dog's rabies needles for looking at other women

Whoever said everything is fair in love and war surely might not have expected what this Florida woman did.

44-year-old Sandra Jimenez's wrath took an unexpected and pointy turn when she stabbed her boyfriend in the eye.

  • In a strange turn of events in Florida, US, a man who bought rabies shots for his dogs found himself in a peculiar situation. 
  • After a disagreement with his girlfriend, the needles meant for the dogs ended up in his eyes. 
  • The police have charged Sandra Jimenez with attacking her boyfriend with these needles.
  • According to law enforcement, the 44-year-old Sandra was upset because her boyfriend used to look at other women. 
  • The arrest document states that during the argument, the victim got stabbed in one eyelid. 
  • He was then taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

This unusual incident occurred on Saturday, November 25, at the couple's home in Miami-Dade County.

The couple, who had been together for eight years, were caught up in an ongoing dispute about the guy checking out other women.

The boyfriend explained to the police that while he was lying on a couch, Jimenez unexpectedly leapt at him with two needles, managing to stab his right eyelid.

Shortly after, she fled the scene, prompting the boyfriend to dial 911. Later on, the police discovered her sleeping in a car outside their home.

  • Jimenez, currently facing aggravated battery charges, hasn't admitted guilt and insists that the injuries were self-inflicted as reported in a Miami-Dade Police Department arrest affidavit revealed by FOX 35 Orlando.

She was held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami, Florida on a $7,500 bond, as per arrest records.
