Apple to launch iPhone 14 on September 7, and everything else we know so far

Apple's annual event will take place on September 7 at 10.30 pm (10.00 am PT). The tagline for the 2022 event is ‘far out’.

Apple is expected to launch a bunch of new devices including the iPhone 14, the new Apple watch series and much more. The event will take place at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California. Like every year, people across the world can watch the event live on YouTube, Apple’s official website and on Apple TV. The products will be unveiled by CEO Tim Cook and the Apple team.

What to expect from the event? There is no official communication from Apple about the new products. However, leaks (and some rumors) have already shared almost everything about iPhone 14 and other devices.

iPhone 14 devices to be launched: According to reports, 4 new models of iPhone 14 will be launched. These are iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year Apple may skip the mini version of the iPhone 14.

Price: Several reports suggest that the iPhone 14 is expected to be priced at par with iPhone 13. The starting price can be somewhere around Rs 79,990. The customers will also get bank-related offers and exchange deals.

On the other hand, some reports suggest that the new iPhone will cost more than iPhone 13. Only the Apple event can clear the speculations.

Other launches: Other than the latest iPhone, Apple is also expected to launch 3 new Apple watch models. These are expected to be: Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch with sports–specific features.

• Reports suggest that the sports models may have the largest smartwatch display till date, It will also have a bigger battery, rugged metal casing and a brand new sensor that can detect fever with the help of the body's temperature. This watch is likely to cost more than the other variants.
• Other than the date of the event, Apple has not shared any other information about event. As there is no confirmation by Apple on the price, products and designs of the product, the event will only give some clarification.
• The official details may take some time but not the memes. From selling kidneys to the same design of products, some of the memes on Apple are circulated without fail.
