If entertainment news website TMZ is anything to go by, Brand Brangelina is in trouble.

The Mr and Mrs Smith couple have had some falling out of late.

And the trigger: well, you'd never guess.

It's the kids, half a dozen of them.

DailyO cannot verify if the rumour is true, but managing all six of them could have been quite a handful.

According to TMZ, Jolie filed legal documents on Monday, September 19, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Seriously?

Jolie is asking for the physical custody of ALL of the six children, some that the couple have birthed, and some adopted.

Brad Pitt would only have visitation rights, if Jolie's wishes are granted.

Oh how the mighty fall.

Jolie does not want Pitt to have joint physical custody, only joint legal custody, according to TMZ.

The feminist icon and the Hollywood heartthrob are parting ways, or is this just unsubstantiated hogwash prefacing a difficult and delicate period for the couple that has been the epitome of perfect partnership, 21st century fantasy of love, romance ending in marriage and everlasting happiness.

Since 2004 no less.

Jolie, significantly enough, is not demanding spousal support. We don't know if Pitt is demanding the same.
