It is one of the nicest and most heart-warming things you will see today. A deeply moving film just released by British Airways captures the beautiful story of Helena Flynn, a cabin crew member of the flagship UK carrier, who fell in love with India and Indians, after being hosted by a lady from Hyderabad.

Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, whose acclaimed debut feature Masaan scooped up two awards at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival in 2015, the short film Fuelled By love follows Flynn as she takes care of the lady on flight, and is turn invited to her home in the bustling capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Flynn is shown sharing a meal, enjoying "spicy" Indian food, clapping after a dance performance by the lady's granddaughter, happily chatting with the family, and enjoying a rare bond with a bunch of strangers on a new soil.

Still from the British Airways ad film 'Fuelled By Love' directed by Neeraj Ghaywan.

When the 23-year-old Flynn is offered a handkerchief with an acrylic art depicting the young airhostess with her travel bag, not only is the British girl moved, but she realises it is a beginning of a life-long relationship with India and Indians.

Another still.

British Airways has been operating in India since 1923, and of late, some of its ads have been paying tribute to the rich history of shared moments between India and UK. Flynn's story is certainly one the best offerings this airline has come up with, a hearty ode to multiculturalism.

Hopefully, this film will placate the hurt Indians who were frothing from the mouth after British Airways fist misplaced Sachin Tendulkar's luggage and then had the "temerity" to ask him to give his "full name".
