You, the Netflix psychological thriller series that never fails to leave the viewers a little uncomfortable towards the end of an episode, is ready to offer the next treat. Netflix has announced the new season of the series.

Let’s look into the deets: The poster mentions that season 4 will release in two parts next year. The first will release on February 10 and the second on March 10.

The lead character: Joe Goldberg, the lead character, played by Penn Badgley is a bookstore manger as well as a (unofficial) stalker. In the show, Joe finds a target, stalks them and then does anything and everything to have a "successful and romantic" life with the target. This anything and everything here includes kidnapping, killing, locking up people and much more.

In season 4, Joe is not a bookstore manager anymore. As he changes his personality real quick to cover his crimes, he has successfully chosen the next one.

He is now a professor from London or you can call him Professor Jonathan Moore.

“I’m not the lovable book store manager in New York or the shop clerk in LA or the doting husband in the suburbs. No, not anymore,” Joe introduces himself in the teaser in his heavy voice.

“I’ve gone through a bit of refinement upon crossing the pond. Now, this time around I'm focusing on academia and instruction, while keeping my typical extracurricular activities strictly professional,” he says in the teaser video.

We saw towards the end of the last season that Joe again crossed paths with his love interest from the library, Marienne played by Tati Gabrielle. The story of these two is likely to continue in season 4.

Other characters: Other than Joe, Tati Gabrielle from season 3 will also be a part of the new season. The new cast includes Lukas Gage as Adam, Charlotte Ritchie as Kate, Tilly Keeper as Lady Phoebe, Amy-Leigh Hickman as Nadia and Ed Speleers as Rhys.

Where to watch? Just like the previous seasons, the fourth season will also be available on Netflix. The OTT platform announced the new season during their Tudum 2022 event.

You is based on book by the same name written by Caroline Kepnes.
