Troye Sivan confirms collab remix with Stray Kids Hyunjin and PinkPantheress

Earlier this year, Troye Sivan was posting TikToks about Hyunjin, a member of the K-Pop boy band Stray Kids. The two had met at the La Vacanza 2023 Fashion Show in May.

Fans have been eagerly anticipating a collaboration between Troye Sivan and Stray Kids' Hyunjin, and now it's confirmed, with an additional surprise of PinkPantheress joining in!

The signs

Troye Sivan is an Australian singer and actor known for hits like Youth and My My My, as well as his role as a younger Wolverine in X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) and his appearance in the HBO series The Idol (2023).

Hyunjin is a member of the South Korean boy band Stray Kids, formed by JYP Entertainment through the 2017 reality show of the same name.

PinkPantheress is an English singer and record producer behind the TikTok hit Boys a Liar.

• Troye and Hyunjin crossed paths at the Dua Lipa x Versace's La Vacanza 2023 Fashion Show in May.

• Since then, Troye has been sharing numerous TikTok videos featuring Hyunjin.

• STAYs, the fandom name for Stray Kids, also noticed Troye's similar TikTok where he danced to an unreleased song by PinkPantheress.

• Soon after, PinkPantheress revealed that she would be part of the upcoming remix of his track Rush.

The official announcement

• Troye Sivan recently announced on TikTok that both PinkPantheress and Hyunjin are featured in the remix of Rush.

• The cover art for the remix, featuring pink silhouettes of the three artists, has also been unveiled.

• The track is set to drop on August 30 at 9 pm PT (Pacific Time); August 31 at 1 pm KST (Korean Standard Time), and  August 31 at 9.30 am IST (Indian Standard Time).
