3 times wives were caught beating up their husbands

A viral video emerged from Rajasthan’s Alwar where a private school principal was seen in a CCTV footage being beaten up with a cricket bat by his wife.The video became viral on internet and attracted loads of comments. 

The man lodged a local police case of domestic violence against his wife. He claimed that his wife has been beating him with sticks, cricket bat and pan. The distraught principal got the CCTV cameras installed at his house to collect the evidence.

He has also approached the court for protection and to prove his claim presented with CCTV footage. The court has ordered him cover for security.
But this isn’t the first time a woman was caught beating up her husband. In the past also there have been several incidents. Many of them go unreported due to social stigma.

Here are three such incidents:

LOVE TRIANGLE

The incident dates back to March 16, 2021 in UP's Meerut, where a woman allegedly followed her husband to the market, only to see him purchasing clothes for his girlfriend. Enraged by this, the lady, whose name was reported as Ayesha, started beating her husband Adnan in the market.

The local police had to arrive to break off the fight. Ayesha complained to the police that her husband had been beating her ever since they got married. On the other hand, Adnan said that he had already divorced Ayesha. He even claimed that Ayesha at one point also had tried to kill him. 

PUBLIC THRASHING

In 2016, in Prayagraj, UP, a video was viral where a woman along with her two daughters was beating her husband in full daylight. The lady alleged that her husband had an illicit affair with another woman. He was an engineer who had taken voluntary retirement. After sometime, police came and controlled the situation. The police also registered a case.

GYM FIGHT

In Bhopal, MP, a young woman followed her husband to the gym and spotted her with another woman. Angered over this, the woman started beating her husband and also the woman. The video soon became viral on internet.
