Jasprit Bumrah's 6 wickets demolishing England: A video you will watch on repeat

Jasprit Bumrah demolished England with a career-best ODI figures of 6 for 19 in the first match of the three-match one-day series. Indian team defeated England by 10 wickets in the first ODI on Tuesday (July 12) at Kennington Oval in London. England were bowled out at 110 in 25 overs, while India chased down the target in 18.4 overs.

Bumrah sent top four England batters to pavilion in the first 10 overs of the match. Jason Roy, Joe Root, Ben Stokes and Liam Livingstone were all out on ducks. Bumrah’s spell after the first 10 overs of the innings read 4/9. This was best performance by any Indian bowler against England in the ODIs.

1. JASON ROY WICKET

Bumrah bowled a full-length ball outside off stump. Jason Roy tried to play it for a drive but the ball got an inside edge and hit the off stump.

2. JOE ROOT

Bumrah bowled a good-length ball outside the off stump. Root got deceived by the extra bounce and he nicked the ball into the hands of the wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant.

3. JOHNLY BAIRSTOW

Again Bumrah bowls a good length delivery with an extra bounce which confuses Bairstow and he feathers the ball to Rishabh Pant.

4. LIAM LIVINSTONE

Bumrah again bowled a full-length delivery, this time on the leg stump. Livingstone tried to come down the track and flick it, but the ball swung inwards and castled the stumps.

5. BRYDON CARSE

Bumrah bowled a yorker and Carse, clueless, tried to hit the ball, but missed it completely.

6. DAVID WILLEY

Bumrah once again bowled a good-length ball outside off stump. Willey tried to play the scoop shot but missed it completely and the ball crashed into the leg stump.
