Anyone who follows club football would know that following a transfer window is no less exciting or stressful than following a game of football.
The European football leagues' transfer window started on June 10 and will close on September 1.
The summer transfer window of 2022 has been a busy one so far as top teams are trying to revamp their squads and retain key players.
We take a look at top five transfers this season so far:
1. Erling Haaland to Manchester City
Erling Haaland is regarded as one of the best strikers in the world and has been a prolific goalscorer in the Bundesliga. The Norway striker finalised his move to Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund for 60 million euros ($63 million) on June 13 to seal his return to England, the country of his birth.

3. Raheem Sterling to Chelsea
Raheem Sterling has been one of the most effective attacking midfielders for Manchester City and England in the last few years. He became Chelsea's first signing on Wednesday since the new owners took over the club.
