The weather is blazing and the pandemic is still far from being over. And these are the times when the body needs its dose of antioxidants coupled with the generous dose of ‘good' bacteria. If this combination can also work on cooling your body down and be buddies with your taste buds, what more can you ask for, right?

As an answer to all the questions that your gut and palate pose, we bring you blueberry yoghurt. Blueberries, as you probably know, contain the highest antioxidant levels amongst commonly consumed fruit and vegetables. Endorsed by nutritionists, the blueberry yoghurt has scientists vouching for it. Scientists from Lund University in Sweden found that the fibre in blueberries, especially when combined with a healthy dose of probiotics (think: yoghurt), reduces the levels of inflammation-inducing microbes and increases the levels of immunity boosters in the large intestines.
