5 thumb rules to transform your body

It is very inspiring to see actors, movie stars transforming their bodies in weeks! Which is what makes us wonder what exactly do they do to get great results in just weeks, let alone years.

It's not complicated at all. On the contrary, it's very simple. You just have to get to the basics. Don't believe me? See my transformation below!

You can also transform yourself by following five basic rules of thumb, which I did.

Rule# 1

Eat five times a day

As easy as it may sound but this is one of the most challenging tasks I ever had to face. We usually like to eat a heavy meal so we don't feel hungry for few hours at least. But this rule says the same thing differently. Here you must eat every three hours and eat at least five times day. It will not be easy but worth it, which you will thank me after weeks.

Rule# 2

1:2:3 meal

This 1:2:3 rule is a meal planning ratio which tells us how much food we really need to eat as far as macro nutrients are concerned. This concept has been explained in detail in my video blog, which you can see below:

Rule# 3

Ask yourself

Before you eat anything you must ask yourself what you are going to do in the next two hours! For example if you are only going to sleep off, you can just avoid eating any food. But if you have a work out planned, then you can eat a carbohydrate-dense meal to keep you going. Remember, you are your best judge, not me.

Rule# 4

Decide fat loss or muscle gain

Scientifically, it is impossible for you to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time! You therefore have to make a choice and zero in on your goal. You can't get both at the same time. Period!

Rule# 5

Multivitamin is a must

No matter what people say, I feel multivitamin can be of great help to people, especially who exercise. It not only helps you with recovery but also takes care of all the deficiencies, which are lacking in our food and diet.

These may appear to be basic guidelines but often we like to complicate things, which derails us from our fitness goals. But fitness has always been about keeping things simple. So keep it that way.
