The Covid cases in the country have reported a significant downfall. However, as the Prime Minister very rightly said, we cannot go soft in the fight against the Coronavirus yet. The pandemic is far from over and the virus is still out there to get you.
In these times, the best you can do for yourself (besides wearing the mask and maintain social distancing) is to help strengthen your body from within. Along those lines, we have been recommending you a number of immunity boosters recommended by doctors and nutritionists.
While most might seem unpalatable, you must do what you have to do. However, we have an immunity booster for you that will enrich your immunity and make your taste buds happy.

Bajra keeps the heart healthy as it is rich in magnesium and potassium. Further, it allows the blood to flow more easily and reduces blood pressure. Ajwain is good for the digestive system and helps in boosting immunity. It controls blood sugar and also fights microbial infections. Jaggery improves digestion and helps with the detox process.
With no further ado, here is the recipe:
What you’ll need:
1/2 cup bajra flour
4 cups water
1 tsp of ghee
1/4 cup jaggery powder
1/2 tsp ajwain
Put ghee in a pan and let it heat. Add grated ginger, ajwain and bajra flour. Keep stirring the mixture until it turns into nice brown colour. Don't leave the pan unattended even for a bit as the bajra flour burns quickly. Add water and jaggery powder. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes and serve it hot.
