Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to inaugurate Terminal 2 of KIA on November 11, Friday.

• Authorities are also planning to double the check-in and immigration counters to handle the swelling crowds. 
• Annually, T2 is expected to handle around 5-6 crore passengers, an increase from the current 2.5 crore. 

How much did it cost? A staggering Rs 5,000 crore only!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also inaugurate a 108-feet bronze statue of Kempegowda, the founder of Bengaluru city, on the premises of Bengaluru airport in Devanahalli tomorrow.
