Mukesh Ambani buys Dubai's most expensive villa for Rs 639 crore. What does it look like?

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani's younger son Anant Ambani is now the proud owner of Dubai’s most expensive property in Palm Jumeirah - an $80 million (Rs 639 cr) villa. Mukesh Ambani bought the 10-bedroom villa for Anant. The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is an artificial archipelago which houses the world-famous hotel; Atlantis, The Palm (you might remember it from Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's Happy New Year); in addition to properties owned by Shah Rukh Khan and David and Victoria Beckham.

The massive purchase by Ambani set real estate records in Dubai, and was finalised in April this year by Conor McKay of Belleview Real Estate. Here's the promotional video posted by Belleview Real Estate:

Let’s have a look at the new Ambani estate in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah

The multi-million dollar deal was sweetened by Dubai’s post-pandemic laxing of foreign investment regulations under which, fresh investors can obtain a 10-year visa (you might have come across the Golden Visa - Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, etc, all have one) should they purchase properties of at least 2 million dirhams (Rs 4.3 crore).

The purchase isn’t a one-off as the three Ambani siblings, the heirs to the Ambani throne, have shown interest in purchasing multi-million-dollar properties overseas.

Reliance purchased the Gregorian-era estate Stoke Park Ltd in UK last year, for $79 million dollars, reportedly for the eldest of Mukesh Ambani's children, Akash. And according to Bloomberg, his twin sister Isha has been scouting for a home in New York.

For now, the towering Antilia, an indispensable part of the Mumbai skyline, remains the primary Amabani residence. The skyscraper-mansion has been described as the world's second largest (Buckingham Palace being the largest) and most elaborate private homes, at 27 stories, with amenities such as three helipads, a 168-car garage, a ballroom, 9 high-speed elevators, a 50-seat theatre, terrace gardens, swimming pool, spa, health centre, a temple, and a snow room that spits out snowflakes from the walls.

Now the Palm Jumeirah mansion doesn’t seem quite as impressive, does it?
