Recap: Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his home in Mumbai on June 14, 2020. The Bollywood actor's family filed a case against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and others, accusing them of being responsible for his death. The CBI is still investigating his death but has not reached any conclusion.

On the other hand, investigations revealed the late actor was struggling with drug addiction and possible mental health issues. NCB stepped into the case when the involvement of illicit drugs was found.

In Rhea Chakraborty's case, the Bombay High Court granted the actor bail in 2020 after she was lodged in jail for a month, saying that she is not part of the drug syndicate and that she doesn't earn money from selling or procuring drugs.
