The video shows BJP leader B Sriramulu allegedly bribing a Supreme Court judge with Rs 160.
Karnataka Congress on May 10 released a sting operation video dated 2010 and alleged that BJP leader B Sriramulu bribed a Supreme Court judge with Rs 160 crore in a mining case to get a favorable verdict.
In the video, Sriramulu is seen talking to alleged middlemen discussing "bribe deals" with the then chief justice KG Balakrishnan's son-in-law Sriranjan in a case involving the Obulapuram Mining Company owned by Janardhana Reddy.
However, BJP rubbished the allegations. Party president Amit Shah said there are several fake stings being circulated in the market by saying, "This is fake, there are several such videos."
