&lt;p id='p_1'&gt;The United Nations has updated its list of global terrorists and global terror entities. As many as 139 Pakistani terrorists find their names in this hall of shame. Terrorist and militant outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Osama bin Laden's apparent heir Ayman al-Zawahiri, Jamat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Mohammed Saeed have found mention in the list. Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, wanted in India for the Mumbai 1993 serials, has also made it to the list. The list puts a stamp on the fact that Dawood is in Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
