  • It dominated the Melon Popularity awards for four consecutive weeks from July 24 to August 14, 2023, and clinched top spots on popular TV music shows such as M Countdown, Inkigayo, and Music Core, earning a total of 12 first-place trophies.
  • The song received nominations for Best Pop Video - International at the UK Music Video Awards and Best Song at the MTV Europe Music Awards.

  • As October arrived, "Seven" garnered nominations across several categories at the MAMA Awards, including Best Collaboration, Best Dance Performance - Male Solo, Best Music Video, and Song of the Year.

  • It also received a nomination for Top Global K-pop Song at the Billboard Music Awards and was celebrated as the International Song of the Year at the TikTok Awards Thailand.

  • Jungkook's "Seven" has also been nominated for the 2023 Billboard Music Awards in the category of 'Top Global K-pop Song,' while other BTS members, Jimin and Suga, have been nominated in different categories.
