Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), the company responsible for the MrBeast Burger venture are taking legal action against the YouTuber MrBeast and his Beast Investments, citing breach of contract and deliberate harmful intervention. The claimed damages are believed to surpass $100 million.
This happened just a week after the MrBeast AKA Jimmy Donaldson filed a lawsuit against VDC over poor and inedible quality of burger ruining his reputation.
Mr. Beast is being sued for $100 million by Virtual Dining Concepts, the ghost kitchen company that operates his virtual restaurant chain, MrBeast Burger.

VDC fired back, labelling his lawsuit as a soufflé of no merit and called it downright misguided.

They collaborate with food delivery services and have supported celebrity brands, including those associated with Mariah Carey, Mario Lopez, and DJ Pauly D.
MrBeast holds the title of being the most followed content creator on YouTube, boasting over 174 million subscribers. He claimed the top spot as the highest-earning YouTuber in 2021.
His fame stems from his grand prize giveaways and daring stunts, which have garnered him an extensive and dedicated fanbase.
