MS Dhoni meets specially abled fan at Ranchi airport. Viral video
Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the heart of a 15-year-old specially-abled fan from Jaipur when he met her at the Ranchi airport on May 31. The girl whose name is Lavanya Pilania, is a big Dhoni fan and through an Instagram post she had expressed the desire to meet him.
Dhoni invited her at the Jharkhand's Ranchi airport to meet her.
'Feeling of meeting him is something I can’t put in words, he is kind, sweet and soft-spoken. The way he asked me about my name spelling, he shaked my hand & when he said “Rona nahi” & wiped my tear, it was a pure bliss for me,” Lavanya wrote on Instagram after meeting Dhoni.
She said the Dhoni thanked her for his sketch and said, “Main le Jaunga (I will take this with me).” Lavanya said she felt extremely elated after meeting her idol and it was something which she could not express in words.See the viral video here:
In her Instagram posts also, she is seen lying on the bed enjoying the performance of CSK in IPL.
Dhoni is known for his calm and composed demeanour and his humility on and off the field.
Even at times when fans have entered the ground to meet him, Dhoni has dealt with those situations calmly. During an interview once, Dhoni said, 'when I am no longer playing cricket, I want people to remember me as a good human being rather than a good cricketer.”
Dhoni, who had a poor show as the skipper for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL 2022, has confirmed his return as the captain the next edition of IPL for the final time.
