Someone from the US ordered a 50-inch Samsung TV set on Amazon in 2020. When it arrived, he measured it and found it was, much to his surprise, just 44 inches! So, he went to the reviews section to take the company to task. "This is a scam. I need my money or a 50-inch Samsung TV," he wrote. Also: 642 people found his review helpful. (PSA: In case you're someone who also thinks it is a 'scam' -- that 50" measurement is when you measure the TV diagonally; not horizontally or vertically.)
