Pepper spray incident at Travis Scott Rome concert leaves 60 injured

Travis Scott's recent concert at the Circus Maximus in Rome, held on Monday, August 7, took a distressing turn as 60 attendees suffered injuries during a pepper spray incident. Additionally, a 14-year-old girl fell from a four-meter height while attempting to climb a wall to catch a glimpse of Scott's performance without admission.

The 32-year-old American rapper and singer commenced his Utopia tour at Rome's iconic venue, Circus Maximus, receiving enthusiastic cheers from a crowd of 60,000 fans.

However, the situation spiraled out of control when a concertgoer deployed pepper spray, causing injuries to 60 individuals who required medical attention. Adding to the mishap, a 14-year-old fan was hospitalized after her fall from a four-meter elevation during her unauthorized attempt to access Travis Scott's performance.

What's more, the excited fans at the concert caused so much shaking that locals thought an earthquaking was happening.

This incident is not the first instance of disorder at a Travis Scott concert. In November 2021, a tragic crowd crush occurred at Scott's performance during the Astroworld Festival in Houston, Texas, resulting in the unfortunate loss of 10 lives and numerous injuries.
