'Avengers: Infinity War' trailer is out and people on Twitter can't get over mega-villain Thanos
For all that has been bad about 2017, the year does redeem itself slightly in its eleventh hour with the trailer for what is, perhaps, the most coveted superhero action movie since the announcement of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises. It is finally here: the official trailer for Avengers: Infinity War.
And boy, what a trailer it is.
The trailer brings together everything Marvel fans have wanted to see. From Dr Strange to the Guardians of the Galaxy to Black Panther to all the Avengers, new and old, the movie brings together all to face Thanos, the mega villain Marvel has been teasing us with since the post the credits of the first Avengers rolled back in 2012.

The movie that was set in motion with the release of Robert Downey Jr starrer Iron Man in 2008 is all set to hit theatres on May 4, 2018. Despite the fact that fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) – a series of films and TV shows based on characters from Marvel Comics – will have to wait for several months before they get to feast their eyes on Infinity War, there is just so much to look forward to, the wait feels hardly enough.
MCU’s last high budget project Thor: Ragnarok managed to bedazzle the crowds with a less than impressive story, but enough humour to remind fans what a Marvel staple looks like. Infinity Wars, at least the trailer, is everything the fans could have asked for. After all, it was this franchise that ushered in the golden age of superhero films.
