Neymar publicly apologises for cheating on pregnant girlfriend because his 'private act became public'

Brazilian international and Paris Saint-Germain football star Neymar recently took to Instagram to publicly apologise to his pregnant girlfriend, Bruna Biancardi, for cheating on her.

In a lengthy note accompanied by a photograph, the 31-year-old footballer admitted his wrongdoing, essentially confirming the reports that he had been unfaithful to his pregnant girlfriend.

The Brazilian expressed his uncertainty on whether this public confession will be able to prevent their relationship from ending or not.

Ney-Bru's bizarre three-rule agreement

Following the revelations of Neymar's infidelity, rumors began circulating about a peculiar three-rule agreement between the couple, which allegedly permitted Neymar to engage in discreet extramarital encounters.

These rules reportedly included:

• Neymar was allowed to engage in flirtatious and sexual relationships with other women, on the condition that he informed Biancardi about these relationships and kept them private.

• The agreement explicitly forbade Neymar from being involved in any type of relationship, sexual or flirtatious, with call girls.

• Neymar was required to use protection during sexual encounters and refrain from kissing these individuals on the mouth.

On April 19, Biancardi and Neymar shared the news of their impending parenthood through an Instagram post.

Not the only problem for Ney

On one hand, Neymar has problems to solve in his personal life, there are also concerns regarding his football career with the recent shadow of doubt over the footballer's life at PSG. Neymar has not played for the  Les Parisiens since this February due to an ankle ligament damage he sustained while playing against Lille OSC.

Recent reports have suggested Neymar's interest in a potential move to Manchester United, but pundits speculate that he might reconsider, especially with his former coach, Luis Enrique, being linked to the managerial position at PSG.
