The hilarious reason an Indian city is about to get free premium access by Pornhub

Remember hearing the name Bangkok when you were young — or the day before yesterday, because most people are immature even as adults — and giggling because it sounds mildly sexual? Well, as it happens, PornHub, one of the biggest websites for pornographic content, appreciates names like that; one with mild (or not so mild) sexual connotations.

Under their news “Premium Places" initiative, PornHub, the benevolent corporation it is, decided to help out those who face the constant jokes and embarrassment of living in inappropriately named, by treating them to their premium services — ad-free content, HD videos and even virtual reality (yes, pornography is breaking barriers in technology).

But what kind of inappropriately named cities you ask? Cities like Analândia in São Paulo, Fort Dick in California, Climax in Canada, Hooker in Oklahoma, Bohners Lake in Wisconsin, Climax in Michigan, Cumming in Georgia, Horneytown in North Carolina, Threeway in Virginia, Dildo in Newfoundland, Cumbum in Tamil Nadu, and of course, F***ing in Oberösterreich.

According to PornHub VP Corey Price, “With the proliferation of online adult entertainment, many people have become very well-versed in its vernacular and sexual sayings. Unfortunately, this has made towns with sexually suggestive names the butt of many more jokes. Here at PornHub, we think a name is worth celebrating, rather than subjecting to incessant ridicule."

Of course, India has quite a few places, with names that have more than one meaning to pubescent adults, as well, like “Lulla Nagar” and “Bhosari” in Pune, and  “Mulund” in Mumbai, and “Titwala” near  Kalyan in Maharashtra etc and people on social media have been tweeting to PornHub about cities that deserve their premium services for free.
