Tinder seems to be stepping up its game to attract users by making things more special and, well, comfortable. Swiping right and left every time can get a bit awkward at times, and there are moments when you just want to take a backseat, not worrying about who is going left or swiping right on you. Or, basically, just go incognito.
Recently, Tinder launched a new Incognito mode in India, a way that can help you hide your profile. This means that you can maintain full control over the visibility of your profile while engaging with the Tinder app.
What does it mean?
To put it simply, if you have your Incognito mode on you can still Like and Nope profiles, but your profile will only be visible to the people who you have liked.
According to Tinder, "this innovative feature enhances subscriber privacy and control, making the Tinder experience more tailored to individual preferences".
Tinder's rival app Bumble (even though both had the same American founder, Whitney Wolfe Herd) gives every woman an Incognito mode (women's profiles will not be shown first unless you right-swipe them).
Though might seem interesting, this new feature is not available for everyone. Incognito Mode is only available as a feature within Tinder Plus, Gold, and Platinum paid subscriptions.

The subscription prices aren't cheap, by the way.
Recently, Tinder also launched a highly exclusive invite-only membership called Tinder Select in US, which comes with a monthly cost of Rs 41,000.
