The state has decided to keep hotels, malls, restaurants, bars, religious places, educational institutions, and city bus services closed until the end of June. The ban on tiger safaris at three parks will continue. The biggest relaxation is to allow shops to open from 5 am to 9 pm so as to give consumers a wider time frame to indulge in staggered shopping, but very few consumers follow social distancing. Shopkeepers have been told not to have more than two persons inside for small shops, and five for departmental stores. Few shops and customers follow these norms in Rajasthan.

The tourist places have opened since June 1. All bus services except those in the city are allowed. Taxis, auto-rickshaw, and rickshaws are also allowed. However, most parts of the walled city in Jaipur have been given relaxations to open their shops but only vegetable and fruit vendors are allowed with the ban to continue on shopping complexes and sale of street food and tea vendors. Shops have been closed for two months in the walled city.
